Soul Kitchen Restaurant was conceptualized from our catering services which we had been providing to the people of Shillong since 2010.
The present Restaurant is located in Mawlai Mawroh, Shillong was inaugurated on the 4th of January 2019. It is a fine dining, 65 seater Restaurant, having a multi-cuisine menu, comprising of mainly Indian, Muglai, Chinese and some Continental fare. The motto of the restaurant, as its name suggests is to provide fresh, tasty and wholesome food in a clean and hygienic manner to all its patrons, cooked from the Soul.
The restaurant also has live music on weekends (Sat & Sun), and also on special occasions, performed by talented local bands, as we also believe in promoting local talent as much as possible.
From time to time we also invite celebrity chefs from outside Meghalaya, to do events showcasing popup menus to our guests, thus giving them a taste of food which otherwise you would not get in the state. The Restaurant is also involved in Charity work by providing food for the poor and needy.
